Leavy Technologies is a software company in California. This policy explains what this website collects, and how the company’s internal tools handle information from the owner’s own Google account. It says what is actually true today rather than reserving rights we do not use.
This website collects nothing about you. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking scripts, no embedded third-party content, no forms and no accounts. The pages are static files, and nothing on them reports back.
The company that hosts these files records standard server logs when a page is requested — typically the requesting IP address, the time, the page requested and the browser’s user-agent string. Those logs are created and held by the hosting provider for delivery, security and abuse prevention, under its own terms. Leavy Technologies does not use them to build any profile of you.
If you write to the address on this site, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass it to anyone.
Leavy Technologies builds and runs private software to help manage its own work. Some of that software connects, using Google’s APIs and with explicit consent, to Google accounts belonging to the company or to its owner, and may access:
These applications are internal to Leavy Technologies and serve one person: the owner. They are not offered to the public, there are no other users, nobody else can sign in to them, and they hold no other person’s Google data.
What the software does with that data: it runs on a computer belonging to the company, and the information it reads stays on that computer except in one case. When the software processes a message, a calendar entry or a file — either because the owner asked it to, or as part of handling incoming mail automatically — the relevant content may be sent to an artificial-intelligence provider to be processed, and the answer comes back. Some processing runs on a model installed on the same computer, and in that case nothing leaves it. Content sent to a provider is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared for any purpose unrelated to operating these tools for the owner.
Information is kept only for as long as the tools need it, and access can be withdrawn at any time from the relevant Google account permissions page, which stops all of the above.
Leavy Technologies’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information about them.
